The staff was excellent, excellent services. The room was reasonably large with a view, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was fresh made and varied, with good dishes.

location: the hotel was just next door to the much more interesting and alluring old town for traditional travellers, quito, a place to stay again at convinience rate, and eateries, restaurants and shops.

My room included a storage space, a writing desk, and a chair. There was a bathtub, a plus for me.

The hotel was modern and fairly clean, it had great wi-fi, its location was excellent in a safe tourist area. The great service and the attention to detail! Food was good and I have nothing but fairly nice memories from this trip.

Great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The spacious and clean rooms offered all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of continental and local dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging guides for local attractions at a cheaper rate.

Some rooms had views of construction and roadworks, which could be noisy and distracting.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a great view. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering me breakfast to go. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel.
